Free ranging animals cost less to feed
With the current avian influenza restrictions we have seen our feed demands go up significantly as our birds can no longer forage for so much of their diet. Free ranging animals on as much space as possible really helps to keep feed costs down, but not only for chickens, also for goats and other large animals as well as the obvious birds such as ducks, geese, chickens and turkeys.
