Saturday feels cycling

It felt great to get outside and enjoy the fresh air and exercise after 3 years of pandemic. As I rode, I noticed changes in my body and everywhere that I haven't experienced in a while. I felt a bit rusty, my muscles are working harder than I remembered, but with each pedal, I likely felt more comfortable and confident. I enjoyed the ride and the sense of freedom and accomplishment that came with it!
