The Best Router Table

In this video, I build a Paulk Smart Router Table-2 using a 1/6th of a single sheet of 18 mm lightweight plywood—no added material, just smart layout and precision machining. Every step follows the exact same workflow I use to build the Smart Station and Smart Bench: track saw with parallel guides, guide rail square, Parf Guide system, router tables, pattern routing, and the miter saw.
I walk through CNC-level accuracy without a CNC, explain why the 32 mm / 96 mm system matters, and show how I dial in perfectly repeatable results across every Smart System surface. Along the way, I make two changes to the original router table design:

* One big change with serious implications—including the possibility of offering this router table as a ready-made product
