Battery charging via BLDC motor

Sometimes people use the battery with a non-standard voltage for their ebikes. Therefore they require non-standard chagers. But with my controller "Vector-M" it's possible to use any power supply (or chager) with any voltage below voltage of the battery.

As shown in the video, the 51V battery can be charged with 25V power supply. In this case the controller is working as step-up converter using motor inductance. The power supply is connected to phase wire (plus) and minus of battery:
