Sales process
-Setup CRM
-Setup ‘event finding’ process (hashtags/keywords)
-Buy outreach software

Start Contacting
-Disciplined schedule (90 min sessions)
Go after small events first
-Easy wins (high schools & colleges)
-Have Kids? = talk to their school
-Pay to speak on a stage (sponsor)

Review & Improve - Improve what?
-Use metrics to see what I need to improve
-do they open emails? Click on the link?

Do that until I hit 300k, then start building online brand
