Im heutigen Video gehen wir auf die Gamsjagd in den Bergen von Graubünden.
Die Gämsen sind Künstler des Überlebens. Ihr größter Feind ist der Winter - und Krankheiten. Auch Raubtiere sind nicht selten ... der Adler, Luchse, Wölfe und natürlich die Gamsjäger selbst.
Die Gämsen, eine empfindliche Art, die seit Jahrtausenden vielen Gefahren und Herausforderungen trotzt, zu jagen und dann zu ihr edles Wildbret zu nutzen, das hat für mich etwas mystisches.
