Surabhi leads Engineering for Airbnb's Homes business. Her teams include Core Host, Prohost, Lux, Plus, Airbnb for Work, Market Dynamics. She is also responsible for the cross-functional Homes Platform team. She has also led engineering for Guest Growth and Search. She started Airbnb's women in tech group, Nerdettes, and helped start Airbnb's women in tech events program, Taking Flight. Prior to Airbnb, she was a Staff Software Engineer at Google where she worked on web search ranking and predictive search.
