Fatal fall: Worker plunges from forklift basket at Associated Brands Warehouse

A forklift operator at Associated Brands Limited tragically lost his life in a workplace accident on Saturday, September 20th, 2025.

Police identified the deceased as 39-year-old Lionel Reis of Crichlow Trace, Chinapoo Village, Morvant, who had been employed with the company for the past four years.

Ian spoke to Reis' relatives outside the Barataria Police Station following his tragic death.
