New 2020 IWC Pilot’s Watch Chronograph Top Gun Edition SFTI | Review

IWC have been the official watchmaker of the legendary TOP GUN fighter school since 2007, building timepieces in collaboration with the instructors not available to us mere civilians. Instead, we have this, the Pilot’s Watch Chronograph TOP GUN Edition SFTI, the closest thing to the official instructors' watch any non-pilot can own. But how does it stack up against its mil-spec counterpart?
