MSM Update Pt. 1 // This is part one of my MSM update where I tell you about my experience switching from MSM powder to MSM crystals for hair growth. I want to stress that this is my experience using these supplements, I am not saying that this will work for everyone but it has worked well for me. Also, the main reason I am using MSM is for hair growth - not for any other purpose, therefore the dosage I use may differ from those using MSM for other reasons other than for hair growth. In part 2, I will be discussing the FAQs I received in my first MSM video. 

I switched to MSM crystals from MSM powder for hair growth towards the end of May 2020 and also incorporated Collagen Peptides into my diet. I have noticed a significant amount of hair growth within these past two months, along with my skin clearing up and my nails growing much faster and stronger than before.
