Conductivity test! How to practically prove surfaces have been treated by RVS

Here we have a few regular metal objects and parts that have been inside an engine treated by RVS.
First up are rod bearings from a S65 V8 Bmw M3 that had original rod bearings with 88k miles and wanted his bearings to last until he was able to swap them out. He did 8k miles after 2 treatments with no issues and we can see how RVS had coated the heavily worn bearings. All grooves were filled in with a glass like coating.

Next we have a cam follower from a N63 BMW V8 engine that had been treated with RVS. Again the bearing had slight scratches in it, but they also had been filled out and the bearing is very smooth. We can also see how the multimeter responds to the surface.

Last we have a Pentastar 3.6 V6 from a Chrysler minivan. It had a fairly loud knocking sound in the engine and the customer wanted to try RVS as a last measure. Unfortunately the fault happened to be a stuck bearing that was grinding down the lobe of the camshaft. We can still however see how RVS had coated the rest of the lobes and did it's job. This is a common issue that can be avoided with regular oil changes when the car is new. You can also see how the multimeter responds to the ground lobe and then the RVS treated one that had a functioning bearing.
