7.1. Movement Analysis; A Mind Body Connection (Injury Prevention Pt. 1)

This is my Movement Analysis Video where I talk about why it's EXTREMELY IMPORTANT to lift light after 2-4 months of continuous, consistent lifting... and it should last for ~1-2 weeks, AND IF SOMETHING DOESN'T FEEL GOOD, DON'T DO IT....

Below I'll post some pretty important documents I came up with that helped me to figure out my own injuries along the way (it took a while to figure out why I got them though), and the movements our body is capable of. Over the course of now to September 2025, I'll be posting videos of each movement specific consideration to expand on these exercises in my Advanced Weightlifting Angling-Posturing sheet. I don't think I'm missing anything vast, but I mean... That's what the videos will cover; any specific variations that might not be on the sheets.
