Elton John: Daniel (Piano Cover + Mellotron Plugin)

I covered this before once or twice, but thought it might be interesting to add the Mellotron flute layer using the SampleTron2 Plugin by IK Multimedia. Purchased this some time ago but never got around to using. For the solo, according to my research an ARP2500 was used. I don't have an ARP2500 or any plugins for an ARP2500. I do have a couple of ARP2600 plugins (Cherry Audio and Arturia) however I could not find a suitable sound even after tweaking. In the end I settled for a Mini Moog (Model D) sound, and again I have several of these plugins however the best sounding preset came from "the Legend" by Synapse-Audio.

Track 1: Nord Piano 4 (White Grand Piano)
Track 2: Electric Piano - Logic Pro (up 1 x Octave)
Track 3: Sampletron2 (IK Multimedia Mellotron)
Track 4: Synapse Audio The Legend (Don't have an ARP2500 Plugin, and the Moog sounded better for this).
