In this video, I cover the entire procedure step-by-step:

Cutting the Cloth: Precision cutting of the upper fabric and lining to minimize waste.

Stitching the Upper: Joining the pieces together with expert sewing techniques.

Shaping over the Keel (Lasting): Stretching the stitched upper over the wooden/metal keel (last) to form the perfect shoe shape.

Soling, Hammering & Samadbond Application: Applying the strong Samadbond glue, pressing the sole, and using the hammer to securely nail and lock the heel and sole in place for maximum durability.

Finishing & Polishing: Edge dyeing, buffing, sanding, and final touches for that premium retail look.
