First Impression

Health and tourism workers at the Grantley Adams International Airport recently benefited from Customer Engagement training offered by the Barbados Tourism Marketing Inc. Staff at this port-of-entry are usually the first Barbadian citizens, nationals and visitors meet when arriving on the island.

During the training, staff acknowledged and discussed why first impressions matter.
