HOW TO PROPERLY BRUSH YOUR TEETH: MY ORAL CARE HYGIENE ROUTINE.

Just a few quick points that I did not mention in the video:

1.)Brush your teeth for at least 2 minutes getting all the surfaces (I like to listen to my favorite song and jam out while brushing my teeth.)
2.) Change your toothbrush out at least every 3 months. ( I usually do every 3-4weeks)
3.) Go to the dentist and get your cleaning and checkup every 6 months to stay on top of everything.)
4.) Flossing is to ensure that between your teeth and gums are clean. If you are bleeding when you floss it can be an early sign go gingivitis or you're doing it too hard so consult your dentist if this is so.
5.) Eat clean!! Fruits and vegetables naturally help keep our teeth clean.
6.) Brush your teeth at least 2 times a day. or 30 minutes after every meal.
