In this video I accepted the challenge to run like the olympic track athlete Nick Symmonds...but a last minute trip to stockholm ended up with a major hang over. Not exactly 8 hours of sleep, proper nutrition, and stretching to get me ready for this challenge. So we switch up the challenge a bit. Stay tuned to next week when I do this...with proper training, diet, and rest. For now enjoy the pain
