Celebrating Partnership | Southern Interior Construction Association | Skills for Change

We had the pleasure of working with Rebecca Goodman, Operations Manager at the Southern Interior Construction Association (@sica.bc), through the Women in Skilled Trades (WiST) project.

Rebecca reflected on the importance of bringing together employers, community organizations, and women interested in skilled trades careers. She also spoke to the need for long-term pathways that support retention, growth, and career advancement for women in the trades.

These conversations continue to shape the work and learnings of the WiST initiative.
