The Amity Institute of Aerospace Engineering (AIAE) is one of the premier Institutions of Amity University, U.P. It was created to undertake teaching and research in Aerodynamics, Structure, Flight Mechanics, and Propulsion. The Institute offers B.Tech, B.Tech+M.Tech-Integrated, M.Tech and Ph. D in Aerospace Engineering. Aerospace engineering is the specialized branch of engineering, which deals with the design, construction, and study of the science behind the forces and physical properties of aircraft, rockets, flying craft, and spacecraft. The field also covers computational fluid dynamics and aircraft structural analysis using FEM.

The Institute has highly qualified faculty from IITs, scientists from DRDO and ISRO, and industry-experienced faculty from AIRFORCE. AIAE has well-equipped and state-of-the-art Aerodynamics, Structure, Propulsion, Vibration, Simulation, and CFD/FEM labs. During the course duration, students undergo in-house summer as well as industrial training, which offers them excellent exposure to the aerospace industry and prepares them to meet industry requirements.

The curriculum of the program is upgraded periodically in consultation with leading professionals and academicians keeping in mind the present-day requirements. Our curriculum stresses on development of analytical and communication skills, problem solving and teamwork abilities. Some of the unique features of our curriculum are that every student has to study one foreign language, corporate communication skills and behavioral science.
