HANCOCK, MICHIGAN -- G & J Site Solutions, Inc. is hiring full-time, seasonal Construction Laborers, Crew Leaders, CDL Drivers, Irrigation Technicians, and Yard Supervisors in Hancock, Michigan. All experience levels are welcome to apply.

WHAT WE OFFER.
· Entry-level Laborer. $17.00 per hour starting pay based on experience.
· Experienced Laborer. $18.00 - $21.00 per hour starting pay based on experience.
· Crew Leader. $20.00 - $30.00 per hour starting pay based on experience.
· Irrigation System Technician. $20.00 – $25.00 per hour starting pay based on experience.
· Yard Supervisor. $17.00 – $23.00 per hour starting pay based on experience.
· Class A CDL endorsement. For those with a Class A CDL, your rate of pay increases $2.00 per hour depending on the position you hold (Laborer, Crew Leader, Supervisor, or Technician).
· Wages for work on State or Federally funded projects may be paid at a corresponding Davis-Bacon wage that can be up to $56.26 per hour or higher.
· Year-end bonus.
· Health insurance with employer premium contribution and AFLAC.
· 401(k) retirement plan and paid sick time.
· Seasonal, full-time Monday–Friday position working Spring – December. Schedules may flex based on company needs and could include an occasional Saturday.
