2003 VW Jetta Mk4 Tie rods

Another video from the Jetta. This time it's tie rods. The hardest part was tightening the inner clamps on the boots, had to go a weird angle to get to it. Inner tie rod should be 55ft/lbs and you are going to want to make sure it's torqued down. the outer tie rod bolt was a nylon lock nut so tight should work. Again you are going to want to get an alignment even if you do outer tie rods only. Couple more suspension videos then it's clutch and ecu time!!!
