Approaching social media after spiritual awakening. Social media advice for lightworkers.

After the spiritual awakening process, a lightworker may find that his or her orientation to social media changes fundamentally. (This certainly happened to me!). Feelings and habits of being addicted to social media may change drastically, or a lightworker may even feel like quitting social media altogether. One may experience social isolation after spiritual awakening (a characteristic experience of the lightworkers awakening process), and this plays out in the lightworker's social media habits.

In this video I share my thoughts on how to use social media after spiritual awakening. I offer tools, tips and advice for lightworkers to help them consciously navigate the social media space, as well as stay sane, grounded, calm and clear in the saturated digital environment.
