In this video, Amagansett Press and I visit the Rapid City / Pennington County Public Safety Building in Rapid City, South Dakota. We are told we cannot enter the building, even though it is a public building and nobody had any order or statute proving we were not allowed in. We are threatened with arrest and unlawfully trespassed from the building.
