Black and white 16mm film containing the Studebaker-Packard Corporation promotional film "Out of the Future" produced by A.J. Henderson Associates, Incorporated. The film concerns Packard's Torsion-Level Ride suspension system which uses torsion bar springs in place of coil or leaf springs on its 1955 cars.

The film's host talks about the technology from an office set, and provides narration over demonstrations of the design. In some point-of-view shots, a "Ride-Meter" is shown to illustrate how smooth the suspension is.
