The Z-46 is like the Z-23 but with the ROF amped up on high. The quick firing 128mm guns have potent AP that can chunk cruisers for decent amounts of damage if they expose a broadside. The torpedoes reload VERY quickly and do decent damage, move reasonably quick and are relatively stealthy. Overall, Z-46 is a very capable ship with only the large turning radius and poor AA as the downsides!
