Women's Sprint—2019 CrossFit Games

Heading into Sprint, reigning Games champion Tia-Clair Toomey led the pack with just a 15-point lead over second-placed Kristin Holte, who is known for her sprinting. The two athletes raced their way to the final heat. Ultimately, Holte took the win in the event with a time of 0:26.65 seconds and began to close the gap on Toomey, who took third in the event. Brooke Wells, who sat in seventh place before Event 6, took a 10-second penalty for stepping on the line during her heat. She was cut from the field, ending her 2019 Games early.
