Improve Squat Mobility

Deep squat holds are a great exercise for improving your bottom squat position. They challenge ankle and hip mobility as well as your comfortability with the bottom squat position.

You can move your hips and ankles in different directions while keeping you feet flat to improve range of motion. You can also prime your squat by keeping your feet flat, chest upright, and driving your knees outward.

Perform as part of your warm up on squat day or as a stand-alone exercise for 2min to help you improve your squat mobility.
