Unicorn food - rainbow steamed rice paper - Vietnamese banh uot

We had so much fun making this rainbow unicorn food. It's Vietnamese banh uot. You can make this easily at home and pair with some Vietnamese ham and sweet fishsauce. We love mints and vegetables with this dish also.

This was a store bought Banh Cuon, but I have done this before using

1 cup of rice flour
1 cup of tapioca flour
2 cups of tap water and 2 cups of hot water
Mix water together and add the flour
Mix well and set aside for about 30 minutes or overnight.
You can add 1/2 teaspoon of salt for taste.
