'I hate royalty but call me Duchess': Piers Morgan erupts at Meghan's new book

Piers Morgan has launched a fresh attack on Meghan Markle for "exploiting" her royal title The Duchess of Sussex to promote her new book.

Meghan is set to publish a children's book titled 'The Bench' which tells the relationship between a father and son through the mother's eyes.

Morgan said it was "cynical" of her to "exploit" the title when she had abandoned her royal duties years ago.

Morgan also called out Meghan's "hypocrisy" for attempting to give advice to anyone about a relationship with their father, arguing she had "destroyed" her own relationship with Thomas Markle.

"How the hell can Meghan 'I hate royalty but call me Duchess' Markle preach about father-child relationships when she's disowned her own Dad, and wrecked her husband's relationship with his," Morgan said.
