Red onion marmalade and Goats cheese tart

A great outdoor picnice dish for anytime of the day. With just 6 ingredients this is sure to please your family and guests. Perfect summertime eats.
Ingredients:
1 sheet of puff pastry
120g (1/2 cup goats cheese)
750g ( 1 lb 1/2) red onion sliced
1/2 cup of balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup of brown sugar
4 tblsn of olive oil
8 cherry tomatoes sliced
1 tsp thyme
1 Egg for egg wash

Season with Connemara organic seaweed Salt available online !

bake in a preheated oven at 180c or 355f for 20 mins .
