You don't have to be much of a Taylor Swift fan to know she really loves thinking about the past. In her songs and interviews, she's constantly referencing back, thinking back, flashing back to specific moments, memories and stories that stick in her mind. And the details, specifics she describes these scenes with is really really interesting. This type of pattern spotting is powered by a personality superpower called Introverted Sensing (Si). Introverted Sensing is a unique way of seeing the world, connecting the dots, bringing things together that likes to connect what is happening now to something else related in the past. It likes to call back to things, ground things and make connections to things that have come before and are reliable.
