Washington Today (2-8-24): Supreme Ct. Hears Case on Fmr. Pres. Trump's Colorado Ballot Eligibility

Supreme Court hears oral arguments in the Colorado case over whether Donald Trump should be disqualified from running again for President under the 14th Amendment’s insurrection clause. A lot of news articles and commentaries are concluding the Justices appeared skeptical to do that.

We will hear portions of the questioning by the Justices to the attorneys, analysis from The Hill's legal affairs reporter Zach Schoenfeld (2), and reaction from Donald Trump and Colorado's Secretary of State Jenna Griswold (D).
