Congestion from allergies, a cold, or sinus pressure can be annoying, yet common, for the colder months. Your lymphatic system plays a crucial role in your immune health. Lymphatic Massage (or sinus drainage massage) is a tool to help keep the lymphatic system healthy and moving, which can assist in decreasing congestion and pressure, as well as swollen lymph nodes. I am a physical therapist, and as a certified lymphedema therapist, I show you in this video how the lymphatic system works and what would be the best technique, that I use myself, to help manage symptoms for allergy relief, congestion relief, and sinus pressure relief.
