World renowned piper and Head of the National Piping Centre in Glasgow Roddy MacLeod, performing as part of "The Donald MacDonald Quaich" piping competition held at Clan Donald Skye earlier this year. This competition is held by the Clan Donald Lands Trust in memory of the 19th Century master piper Donald MacDonald who did much to document the classical music of the Highland Pipes known as "Ceòl Mòr" (Great music) or more commonly termed today as "pìobaireachd".
