Marianne & Steve had an older home that had not been updated for quite some time. Their existing backyard space did not exhibit an energetic, uplifting, inspiring, or appealing energy to it and was rather large, which can be very difficult to bring together. The flow was not good and it was dated. Their existing swimming pool was not inviting and did not draw you to it. There were no water features, the yard space was boring and the spa was not integrated into the pool. The majority of the backyard was not used as a result.

Domie Quintana, Senior Swan Pools Designer, designed a new, state of the art swimming pool and integrated spa that encapsulated all of that which was important to Steve and Marianne. Domie was able to utilize the existing swimming pool shell, repairing the pergola with a Sheer Rain water feature that could have been a "tear down", demolish the old broken spa and integrate it into the swimming pool design as well as adding several Entertainment Areas that worked together and separate as a BBQ Station, Outdoor Fireplace Lounge, and Exterior Living Space. The design layout that was achieved naturally brings everyone together by creating "conversation places", entertainment areas and a "resort feel" that is so invigorating and inspiring one can not help but take a deep breath. The new spa design includes a "RipRap" roll over water effect that not only sounds "REFRESHING" and pleasant but also looks fantastic!
