Simple how to: Ford Focus coolant (anti-freeze) change (service)

Easy DIY how to: flushing and refilling coolant (anti-freeze) on a Ford Focus Mk 1 (1998--2004).

You will need:
* Coolant concentrate, 2.5--3 liters, OAT long life (to Ford spec ESD-M97B-49A)
* Pure / distilled water, 10 liters or more
* Tap water
* Oil tray or similar
* Funnel
* Screwdriver or alternative

You do not need to jack or raise the car to do this job.
