Good workout for a Monday. Getting that heart rate going and blood pumping around the body. Good start to the week 👌🏻

The workout is nearly suitable for all disabilities & injuries. If you can't do some of the workouts just put one in you can do from my previous videos. Or just drop me a message

It's around 17 minutes. Make sure you've got a timer to time the sets. A bottle of water near you to keep you hydrated. It's a tough one 🥵

It consists of 5 exercises. 30 seconds work out, 10 seconds rest between each set, 5 sets each exercise. Then move onto the next exercise. You can use dumbbells or just yourself.

1. Punch ups
2. Hammer curls
3. Russian Twists
4. Side raises
5. Punch outs
