Amtrak Illini Service 393: Chicago to Carbondale (Business Class) w/ SUPERLINERS / Disappointing??

There were no reviews that I know of the Saluki or Illini trains with the Superliner consists so I decided to step up and create one to share. The consist is used for winter times. Usually the Saluki and Illini trains have the Amfleet and Horizon coaches as well as a few baggage cars in the consist.

The train ride between Chicago and Carbondale is around 5 hours and 30 min long also depending on freight traffic. Amtrak trains are mostly late due to the fact that they use the same trackage as freights. The rails are owned by Canadian National to those who wonder.

I know this may not be a trip report kind of video that you may not be used to but I did my best. I have had a couple of people requesting me to do it. I hope you guys enjoy the video. Is this experience worth it? Comment down below if I should do more of these!!!
