Tragedy and Triumph: A Pilot's Life through War and Peace: James Fore
This documentary features James Fore who spent his life as a combat, civilian, and CIA pilot, which is detailed in his book Tragedy and Triumph. James Fore's career began as an 18 year old B-17 pilot with the Eighth Air Force in England during World War II. After being shot down over France he was interrogated by the SS and was one of a handful of American Pilots that were taken to the Buchwald concentration camp. The interview was conducted by Steve Antonuccio for the Pikes Peak Library District.
