'Gone with the setting sun' - remembering old friends

'Time waits for no man' as the saying goes, and thankfully for the most part, 2021 is now behind us. It was a difficult year in many ways and for many people. For the local angling community we lost three of our own, all good anglers, but most importantly three good and thoroughly decent people. They will be sorely missed but we have our memories which will remain with us. As we start 2022 take time to make new memories and remember what is truly important in the noise and distraction of the world we now live in.
