3 Things I Avoid to maintain Glowing Skin During Perimenopause

During perimenopause, I avoid alcohol, smoking, and ultra-processed foods because they can increase inflammation, accelerate skin aging, disrupt hormones, and worsen issues like dryness, acne, puffiness, dullness, and loss of skin elasticity. Instead, I focus on nourishing my body with hydration, whole foods, healthy fats, and nutrient-rich meals that support glowing skin from the inside out.
For the record I never smoke, never drink alcohol and eat cookies that I bake. When dining out for a dessert, I enjoy gluten free or vegan sweets.
