In today's video, I want to talk about how you can get people to stop treating you like a joke. Harsh, I know. But if you have been around these internet parts for any length, you know I am a tough love queen, and my methods might not be the most popular these days. I can assure you they are effective.

The central theme of today's video is one of the most popular concepts in pop psychology today: boundaries.

Everyone got 'em, everyone's talking about 'em, and everyone wants YOU to respect them. But what if I told you.. that boundaries are not intended to enforce any change for other people? And no matter how well thought out you think they are...they cannot control, inspire, or manipulate people into treating you better.

That's because, contrary to what seems to be promoted and shared in your self-healing group chats... boundaries are meant for YOU.

In other words... It's all about boundaries with yourself. Once you understand and appreciate that, everything else seems to fall in line on its own.
