The toro company was kind enough to send me a 2020 Matte Black Super Recycler to review, so here’s that review! After a month of weekly use on multiple properties, I love this machine. Toro has hit a homer in with this mower. The Super Recycler is a top notch homeowner lawnmower. It’s self propelled using the Personal Pace System. Just like the name implies, this allows you to mow at your own “personal pace” without feeling like the mower is dragging you across the yard. The Super Recycler bags, side discharges, and mulches. The mulching is what makes it the Super Recycler. It has these red blocks under the deck that push clippings back into the blades to be chopped up extra fine. The Super Recycler has a superior cut, even to that of my Timemaster! The handle easily folds for storage, and offers suspension to lessen vibration and ease the bounce of the deck over tough terrain.

This is a fantastic mower. Tough, rigid design and parts, good looking, and great performing. The 2020 All Black Super Recycler is a great choice for anyone looking for a sub 30in mower.
