AI powered weapon detectors could become routine at Georgia public schools under new bill

WALKER COUNTY, Ga. — This week, the state of Georgia passed a bill requiring all public schools to have students go through weapon detectors before entering.

We've seen schools in Tennessee start to use weapon detectors, like the AI powered metal detectors at Rhea County High School.
