How to create forms in wrike?

Here, Once a request form is created, it can be submitted by any user or non-wrike users. Account admins and space admin can create request forms in business and enterprise accounts.

Now, let’s open a space, one can choose to open any space. Here, let’s choose business goals.

Once the space is open, one can click on the gear icon and View the various options in space settings such as - general, custom item types, custom fields, workflows, automation and request forms.
From all the options let’s choose request forms. Here,we will create a new request form.
After creating a new form, one can choose a form name. Let's add a question and ask for mail ID

One can ask another question, by adding a question. Here, let’s ask for a phone number and click on publish. Here, the Form is created by the name of MY Form. Here, there are two options of publishing on the right corner. One can choose from options by clicking on the desired one.

Let’s click on the enable public link - Now a link will be created once the form is published. Now, one can add name and email fields and add captcha.

Second option is Action upon submission, this includes options like creating a task. One can create a task form from the option below, where options like Task Types, Blueprints, Existing Tasks. One can also Place tasks into the business goals folder. And choose set status to, complete. Lastly, one can assign tasks to any users one wants. Click on the name and assign tasks.

One can add this rule and click on save. Now, the form is published. Click on the GOT IT.

Now, one needs to copy paste the link and paste it. The form will open up in a new browser tab. Here, one can fill the information asked like mail ID and phone number. Then click on the next and fill in the information like Name , email and then click on ‘I am not a robot’ and then submit.

Finally, it is done. So, this is how one can create the form. One can check it from the left bar to review the form once again.
