151. Gorgeous Spring Flower Bloom in Acrylic Paint Pouring

🌸 Welcome back to my channel, beautiful friends! In today’s fluid art acrylic paint pouring tutorial, I’m creating a stunning flower bloom using gorgeous spring-inspired colors and the bloom technique. This dreamy floral acrylic pour features rich Indian yellow, Quinacridone Rose, Deep violet, and fluorescent blue for a vibrant, glowing effect that truly comes alive on the canvas!

I begin by puddling the paints directly onto the canvas, then use a mini blower to gently blow out the petals and create soft, flowing flower shapes. Using black oxide cell activator helps create incredible lacing, cells, and delicate details throughout the bloom. Watching these colors stretch, blend, and bloom together is so relaxing and satisfying!

📌PAINT COLORS IN THIS PAINTING
Liquitex Indian yellow
Amsterdam Quin rose
Liquitex Deep Violet
Liquitex fluorescent blue

📌 PILLOW PAINT
Glidden Essentials, white base in eggshell

📌 POURING MEDIUM
3 parts Glidden Premium Base 3 in semigloss or eggshell
Then, mix in 2 parts Minwax Polycrylic Crystal Clear Topcoat in gloss.

📌 PAINTS
Mix 3 parts pouring medium with 1part paint plus water to thin to desired thickness depending on which technique you'll be using.

📌 PIGMENTS
Add a small amount of Varnish to a cup, then add your pigments to wet and mix. Add the rest of the pouring medium and mix.

📌CELL ACTIVATOR
Australian floetrol mixed with Amsterdam Oxide Black (3:1)
