Buying my first drum kit as a kid; my secret obsession, dealing with learning curve, self taught.

I wanted to share my story about buying my first drum kit back when I was 11 years old. Drums were always a secret obsession of mine as a kid. I always loved playing on pots and pans. Then one day, my brother randomly asked me to buy a drum set with him. We had no idea what we were doing! We grabbed the drums from LA Music in Mississauga, and after we set them up, there was a big learning curve to try and properly play them without taking any lessons. There was a lot of trial and error, but every lesson learned along the way has stuck with me-- It's been a fun journey! Please share your story below.
