In todays video I’m going to give you a full tour of our warehouse and office with a total space of 500 m2 or 5400 square feet. In our building we’ve got all you need in order to run a e-commerce store. In the tour I’m giving you all the details about what our warehouse contains and how we use to maximise our e-commerce store the best possible way.

As always I won’t be giving you any quick tips on how to generate sales on a dropshipping store. Having an e-commerce store requires lots of efforts and great customer experience and the best way to ensure this is to have an organised warehouse / office.

In the video I’m sharing some helpfull insights on how to make sure you have a better cashflow in your business or e-commerce store and how to negotiate with your suppliers. Having a great flow of products and a great relationship with your suppliers is so important in order to have a successful business.

0:54 Main Stock Area
We try to divide our warehouse in to two sections. One for our main stock which is all our boxes and pallets. The other is our picking area. This way it’s very easy to know exactly what you got left in stock.

3:23 Our Picking Area
We’ve organised our picking area so it’s the most popular products that are closest to our packing areas. This way we make sure we don’t spend too much time picking products.

4:05 Packing Area
Our packing area is located in the middle of our warehouse. We’ve got a total of 4 packing desk with packing computers and label machines.

5:21 Showing Our Photography Studio
Inside the warehouse, we’ve made the decision to have our own photography studio. This way we can very easily take our own product images both for packshots and with models. We try to do as many things as possible in-house. This makes our business much more agile and we can quickly add new products to our website.
