Why using fundamental analysis in forex trading can make you profitable?
In the retail trading industry, all people talk about is mostly technical analysis when it only contributes to less than 10% of your success as a trader.

If you look at hedge fund managers, do they use a lot of technical analysis? Not really. In fact, they use mostly fundamental analysis and use economic indicators to predict what is going to happen in the forex markets a few months from now.

Of course, technical analysis has its place but please don't rely entirely on it and ignore fundamental trading. Some people call this news trading but I'm not talking about scalping the news here. It is a stupid move.

A lot of traders don't bother studying about fundamental analysis because it's too complicated. Understanding inflation, GDP, employment data, NFP data in detail is not easy but that doesn't mean that it can't be done.

If you put in the time and work to master fundamental trading, you can eventually operate just like the professional traders and hedge fund managers.

Forex fundamentals are what drive the markets in the long term, not some indicator below your chart that tells you whether it's overbought or oversold.
