🇷🇸 Niš, SERBIA - Welcome back to sunny Niš in south-eastern Serbia for part two of my mini-Niš series! This time, we check out supposedly the BEST burek in Serbia!

We've had burek before, burek with meat, with cheese, going by various names such as sirnica, pita as sirom etc, but there's no substitute for real BUREK with meat! Pekara Anton is a small bakery just out of Central Niš on the way to Skull Tower. We try both meat and cheese! Burek can be found across the Balkans and has origins in the Ottoman empire - a heavy, greasy, pastry very much fast-food related. It's epic!

We also visit Skull Tower, an important site in Serbian history. A tower was constructed using over 900 skulls of Serbians who dared to oppose Ottoman rule.
